IPN manages all property, leasing and sub-tenancy arrangements for each medical practice in our network, this includes managing all maintenance,
repairs and periodical site refurbishments. A large proportion of IPN Health Centres are multidisciplinary, which means they provide a variety of on-site health services such as Pharmacy, Pathology collection, Physiotherapy and other Allied Health and Preventative Medicine Providers.
IPN's Property Department ensures we have the right on-site services in the right location. This ensures we can effectively support IPN partner
GP services, develop tenancy businesses, and meet community demand for convenient access to quality health care.
